No Impact Project » The No Impact Experiment

No Impact Man – Colin Beavan – along with the Huffington Post – is sponsoring/spearheading/launching/encouraging a one-week “carbon cleanse” experience.

It’s a good idea – get people thinking about their behaviors and learning if they are really important to their lifestyles or maybe actually making them less happy.

The information suggests that they don’t expect miracles and you should make only the changes that fit your life.  For instance low energy commute to work isn’t an option – I mean there are no options – there is no public transportation, it is too far to bike – – but there are probably other things I can do to reduce my carbon footprint.

How about you?  Want to participate in the experiment?
